Lots of people from that era mostly knows the lyrics as well as singing the songs. She’s famous for her career as a singer-songwriter as well as record producer and musician also actress. As a singer-songwriter, there’s 7 studio albums, 1 live album and 2 compilations albums in her hand while she also composing some songs to some movie soundtracks.

She was told by the doctor about her disease after she comes to the doctor to take a treatment since she feel she had some memory loss. It was never on her mind that she will had such a heavy disease although in several occasions she have the feel that she was losing her memories which is one of the first brain tumor symptoms, one of the example is when she perform in Florida where she can’t remember the lyrics of her own song ‘Soak Up the Sun’.
But at that time she only thinking that it’s just a common since before this she has a difficulty in remembering the words in her songs. Back then in Las Vegas circa 90s, she also forgot the verses in her other hits ‘A Change Would Do You Good.’ It’s a bit hard to know about the brain tumor symptoms since the symptoms can be found in another disease.
